Shipping & Delivery
As soon as we have received your order, we will get started and send the package to you within the indicated shipping time. DHL or PostNL will deliver the shipment to you.

For all delivery times, this can take a little longer for ordering outside the Netherlands. We deliver the orders within the same time, but the delivery time is usually a few days longer.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs will be available when you've added your product to the cart.

Track and Trace
After we have delivered the package to the post office you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail. This allows you to keep an eye on when your package will arrive. DHL or PostNL will try to deliver the package at home. In the unlikely event that you are not at home, you can pick up the package at a pick-up point.

Return policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right you can contact us via info@tinywoods.nl.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.


For customized products:
1. Among tailor-made products are: products with names, special dimensions or a separate application.
2. With an order of 1 of the above-mentioned products the right of withdrawal expires, and the consumer has no possibility to return the product, unless:
a. the product has arrived broken or damaged
b. the product does not meet the request
c. the product breaks down within 14 days (eg release lacquer)
